Refund policy

At Universal Amino, we strive to provide high-quality research products. Due to the nature of Research Use Only (RUO) materials, the following policy applies:

1. All Sales Final

All products sold by Universal Amino are intended for research use only. All sales are final, except as expressly provided below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace or refund products if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or
  • The incorrect product was shipped

To request a resolution, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo evidence

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate
  • Resolutions (replacement or refund) are handled at our discretion after carrier confirmation

Universal Amino is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions or denial of future service.
